Founder & CEO, The Culture of SportsDarryl Woods founded The Culture of Sports with a clear vision: build a culture-first sports agency that helps brands, athletes, events, and communities use the power of sports to create experiences and partnerships that matter.
His career spans sports events, cultural programming, media, youth development, and strategic partnerships. He has worked across multiple dimensions of the sports industry — from NCAA collegiate basketball game productions and community advocacy initiatives to national media platforms and major event partnerships.
COS reflects Darryl's belief that sports are always bigger than the scoreboard — and that the most powerful sports experiences happen when culture, community, and strategy come together.

NCAA Basketball Games Since 2020
Production of Men and Women NCAA basketball games. Teams included the University of Michigan, Texas Tech, Prairie View A&M University, North Carolina A&T, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the University of Houston, Arizona State University, and more.
