The Challenge

As one of the host cities for FIFA World Cup 2026, Houston needed a world-class fan experience that could serve the city's diverse communities while creating authentic cultural moments around the global tournament.

COS Role

The Culture of Sports joined a Black-owned partnership to help bring Houston Fan Fest 2026 to life, contributing sports-industry insight, brand strategy, cultural impact planning, and community-centered experience development.

Impact

The activation created a platform for sports, entertainment, vendors, VIP hospitality, community engagement, and sponsor exposure — built around one of the biggest global sports moments coming to Houston.
